A few clear terms for your time together.
The app licence
Bedtime Stories Your Way is provided by App Labs LLC. The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These pages explain the product and support arrangements; they do not replace Apple’s agreement or your statutory consumer rights.
Personal, family use
Stories and illustrations are provided for personal use within the app. App content may not be redistributed or sold without permission. An adult should choose stories appropriate for their child and supervise purchases. Classic fairy tales can include frightening events.
Subscriptions and trials
Where offered, an annual subscription renews automatically. A one-week free trial is available only to eligible Apple accounts. The exact price, currency, duration and renewal terms are shown by Apple before confirmation. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends, it renews at the price shown. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Availability and support
Features and content may change between versions. Some scenes have video; illustrations remain available where video is not provided. Contact info@applabs.club for technical help. For the governing licence, see Apple’s Standard EULA below.
