Get in touch
Email info@applabs.club with your app version, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version and a description of what happened. For a story issue, include the title, language, branch and scene number. Please avoid sending a child’s name or other personal details.
Pictures, video and sound
Use the eye button to hide or show text. The video/pictures control appears in stories with video. Music and scene sounds can be switched separately in Sound. Tap Aa to change text size.
Progress and read marks
Reading progress is saved on your device. Continue opens your most recent story. Hold a story card to mark it read or unread. Marking unread resets its saved progress. There is no account-based sync between devices.
Purchases, restoration and cancellation
If subscriptions are available in your build, open the parent settings to view or restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For a refund request, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Do not send us your Apple password or payment details.
