Who we are
App Labs LLC provides Bedtime Stories Your Way. This policy covers the app and this website. Contact: info@applabs.club.
Reading in the app
The current app does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. Story progress, completion marks, language and sound preferences are stored on your device. We do not receive your reading history. There is no in-app camera, microphone, contact access or user-content upload.
Apple purchases
If you purchase a subscription through Apple, Apple processes payment under its own privacy policy. The app uses Apple-verified transaction information to determine access. We do not receive your payment-card details.
Website and media requests
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting providers process network information, such as IP address, requested URL and technical request data, to deliver and protect a website. The current website has no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, forms or tracking cookies. If a version of the app downloads media, the media host receives an ordinary network request.
Children and parents
The stories are intended for shared reading with an adult. We do not ask children to provide personal information. Settings and purchases are intended for parents. If a child has sent us personal information in a support message, contact us to request deletion.
Support, retention and your choices
Support email is sent only when you choose to send it. We receive your email address, message and any attachments you include, and use them to respond. Correspondence is retained while needed to resolve and document your request, or meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence. App reading data stays on your device; use the app’s unread controls to reset an individual story. Removing the app deletes its local app data, subject to your device and backup settings.
Sharing and updates
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Support email and hosting providers process information needed for their services.
